Del Prado & Partners Solicitors is a Law Firm that develops its activity throughout the whole of Andalusia. Our company has approximately 50 professionals. This Law Firm is structured in different departments: Post- Sales Department, Fiscal & Tax Department, Reception and Translation Department and the Legal Department. Within this last department mentioned, our Law Firm includes lawyers specialized in each and every branch of Law.

This Law Firm offers all our clients comprehensive advice. Our main value involves the fact that we consider the problems of our clients to be our own. Linked to the aforementioned, we combine tenacity with significant preparation in the sense that a great part of our success is based on these points.

In our Justice system, it is not only important to be in the right, but also and primarily it is very important to be able to prove it. It is here where we insist with all our clients, because by way of comparison, if you allow me to do so, by using the simile of war for instance, diplomatic dealings are very important to be able to reach an amicable and favourable agreement for our client, or if not, to mobilize the troops and with a good strategy go to war, and achieve victory in the court procedure.

Fundamentally we can say that this Law Firm has two aims: naturally one is to defend the interests of each and every one of our clients, and second, and perhaps slightly more ambitious, to do our part and contribute towards the Justice system and for legal rights not simply to be something empty, but that in the end, you can actually believe in them, which will have repercussions in a court procedure.
